Job description: Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level support for Dynamics 365 Business Central users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system performance, configuration, and integrations.
- Configure and customize Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory.) based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations or enhancements.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Assist in data migration, testing, and deployment of new features or updates.
- Document support processes, configurations, and user guides.
- Liaise with Microsoft support or third-party vendors when necessary.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2 years of experience supporting and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).
- Understanding of ERP business processes (financeetc.).
- Experience with AL language and other development languages, API’s and extensions is a BIG plus.
- Experience within the Visual Studio Code environment
- C# experience a must.
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (French and English fluent)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
