Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will manage hotel operations during your shift, assist all departments, and address escalated issues with an emphasis on adaptability and effective problem-solving.The moment a guest steps into our hotel you will make them feel at home with your welcoming and warm presence. You have the important job of leading your team and driving exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities Include:
Expected minimum hours: 40 hours per weekLocation: 89 Courtenay Place, Te Aro, Wellington 6011, New ZealandHourly range: $29 NZD per hour. (excluding contributions to KiwiSaver). Payment of wages will be processed on a fortnightly basis by direct credit to your nominated bank account.Annual salary approximate: $60,320 (excluding contributions to KiwiSaver).Approved sponsor: Minor Hotels Australasia Limited (previously Oaks Hotels & Resorts Limited)Schedule 1 – Specific Terms and ConditionsJob Title: Duty Manager (Hotel)Job Level: Unit HeadEmployment Status: Full Time – PermanentCommencement Date: To be confirmedReporting to: Front Office ManagerBreaks: Employees are entitled to paid rest breaks and unpaid meal breaks based on the number of hours worked.
