• Provide administrative/secretarial support to the Partners, Directors to Managers assigned under his/her portfolio.
• Undertake various administrative tasks such as secretarial support, billings, travel bookings, meeting room bookings, upload files onto global in-house software on an ongoing basis etc.
• Process billings and managing the billing process.
• Carry out recovery activities with due diligence within prescribed standard operating procedures to minimize delinquency and ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines.
• To prepare statement of accounts, monthly ageing reports and/or any other adhoc reports as requested.
• Maintain ‘live’ or up to date status reports, and provide the reports to managers upon requests.
• Communicate actively with the respective internal stakeholders.
• May be required to prepare simple analytical reports when necessary.
• Assist in preparation of presentation materials, reports.
• Provide status updates on files and track progress using in-house database.
• Ad-hoc admin duties as assigned including support to members of the team.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivables or similar setting in a professional services environment preferably.
• Prior knowledge in SAP, Salesforce software will be advantageous.
• Proven track record of success on closing outstanding invoices.
• Comfortable to deal with internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable with the use of different softwares in day to day activities.
• Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize a voluminous workload.
• Meticulous and excellent attention to detail.
