Together, let’s build a brighter, healthier future for all.Job DescriptionLiaise with engineers to gather product and structural requirements and designsCalculate dimensions, weight limitations and requirements in materialsSite measurements and inspection according the layout to be created/establishedDesigning the part/product with the info givenCreate & update detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) softwareDesign diagrams, maps and layouts to illustrate workflowPrepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the engineering teamManage technical drawing inventory & maintain technical drawing masterlist databaseParticipate in project meetings and provide technical input as required.Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.Requirements:Completed at least SPM or SPTM, with minimum 3 years working experience as a Drafter/Draughtsman in a Manufacturing environmentHands-on experience with AutoCAD softwareFamiliarity with 3D modeling toolsAble to speak and write either Bahasa Malaysia or EnglishGood math skillsCompensation and Benefits
Salary Range $ – $ USDPay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements.
