Job description: About the Client
Our client is sourcing for a Divisional CFO for a 6-Month Contact. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will drive the financial planning and management of the organization, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting growth.About the Opportunity

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions
• Mentor finance teams and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
• Lead financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships

About You

• You must reside in Calgary, not in the GTA
• CPA designation required; MBA preferred
• Experience as a senior financial leader in a public company, ideally in building materials, construction, or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, SOX, and corporate governance
• Proven success in driving financial strategies and team leadership
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
