Aufgabengebiet Lead the ongoing transformation of the supply chain processes, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and strategic improvements. Manage four core areas: inventory, warehousing, transport management, and planning. Oversee the implementation of global best practices across the supply chain. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollouts of new initiatives and technologies. Guide the successful adoption of new ERP systems (Kinaxis) and AI-based solutions. Drive cost-saving initiatives and operational excellence. Promote a customer-centric supply chain approach. Act as a key influencer, working closely with senior management and key stakeholders to ensure the success of projects. Anforderungsprofil Proven experience in supply chain management, ideally in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector. Strong track record of leading transformation initiatives and process improvements. Hands-on operational experience and the ability to influence and guide teams. Excellent communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels. Willingness to travel up to 20%. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and familiarity with AI-driven solutions is a plus.
