Guests can also enjoy Jumeirah’s signature Talise Spa, an SSI-certified dive centre, diverse dining options, and a dedicated Kids Club.About the Job:An opportunity has arisen for a Director to join Sales in Jumeirah Muscat Bay. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Set clear and achievable sales targets for the sales team, in line with company goals and market potential, and monitor progress towards these targets.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the sales team, motivating them to achieve sales targets and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train sales personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to succeed in their roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, analyze competitor activity, and develop strategic plans to capitalize on market trends.

QualificationsAbout you:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in a leadership position.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Project Management Skills.
