If so, this could be your next career move!About the RoleAs Director, People Experience, you will play a key leadership role in our dynamic and ambitious Global Office HR team, driving the evolution of our Employee Experience function. You will be responsible for delivering service excellence, optimizing HR operations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Leading HR Operations, Payroll, and Facilities for our Global Office in Copenhagen, you will enhance service delivery, streamline processes, and ensure compliance, scalability, and responsiveness. This role is an opportunity to create a seamless and engaging workplace experience where employees can thrive.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & PayrollLead HR Operations and Payroll teams, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll execution and data management.Drive efficiency, scalability, and compliance through process improvements and automation.Oversee seamless employee lifecycle support, from onboarding to offboarding.Harmonize policies, processes, and documentation to create a consistent employee experience.Monitor service levels and team performance, ensuring high responsiveness, accuracy, and customer experience.Facilities Management & Workplace ExperienceOversee Global Office Facilities, including reception and maintenance, to create a productive and engaging workplace.Ensure effective space planning, office operations, and maintenance to support business needs.Lead initiatives to enhance the workplace experience, improving employee satisfaction and efficiency.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards, proactively mitigating risks.Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and landlords to ensure high-quality and cost-effective facility operations.Leadership & Continuous ImprovementDevelop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency across HR, Payroll, and Facilities.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data and employee feedback to optimize processes.Partner with key stakeholders to align HR operations and workplace services with business objectives.Ensure seamless coordination between HR, Finance, IT, and other functions for an integrated employee experience.Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.What We’re Looking ForWe are seeking a strategic, results-driven leader with deep expertise in HR operations, payroll, and facilities management. You thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, driving operational excellence, compliance, and service improvements. A strong communicator and collaborator, you leverage data to optimize operations, influence stakeholders, and build high-performing teams that enhance the employee experience.Your Profile8+ years of HR leadership experience in a global, matrixed organization.Proven expertise in HR operations, payroll, facilities management, and service delivery excellence.Strong background in process improvement, HR technology implementation (HRIS, Service Management tools), and case management systems.Ability to analyze operational data to drive improvements and influence key stakeholders.Deep knowledge of HR legislation, employment laws, and compliance frameworks (Danish labor law is a plus).Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.Strong collaboration and influencing skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex HR and operational challenges.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively at all levels of the organization.Strong numerical and data-driven decision-making skills.If you’re passionate about operational excellence and creating an outstanding employee experience, we’d love to hear from you!Why join us?At Pandora, you will be part of a global company with a bold vision, driven by talented people who share a passion for making a difference.
