This strategic role focuses on aligning the organization’s mission and goals with effective direction-setting, financial management, and fundraising efforts to ensure sustainable growth and impact.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Board to establish and implement mission-driven strategies.
• Develop financial oversight mechanisms to effectively balance income and expenses.
• Lead and expand fundraising initiatives, building sustainable revenue streams.
• Set and monitor performance metrics that ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
• Foster community and stakeholder relationships to enhance project visibility and support.

Qualifications:

• Degree in business development, management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategic leadership, ideally within an NGO or nonprofit sector.
• Proven track record in business development, financial management, and fundraising.
• Strong strategic planning and performance management skills, with demonstrated success in KPI achievement.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities.
