Job description: The Pokfulam Farm is far from an ordinary cattle ranch. This is a platform for visitors to immerse themselves in the nature and cultural context of the landscape. Through exhibitions, guided tours and workshops, visitors can get to know about the past of old Dairy Farm and explore alternative ways of life. More importantly, we want to raise public awareness towards conserving the natural environment and fostering a sense of respect for mother nature.We are looking for an accomplished Director with a strong background in business development to lead a historic building revitalization project for an NGO. This strategic role focuses on aligning the organization’s mission and goals with effective direction-setting, financial management, and fundraising efforts to ensure sustainable growth and impact.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Board to establish and implement mission-driven strategies.
• Develop financial oversight mechanisms to effectively balance income and expenses.
• Lead and expand fundraising initiatives, building sustainable revenue streams.
• Set and monitor performance metrics that ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
• Foster community and stakeholder relationships to enhance project visibility and support.

Qualifications:

• Degree in business development, management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategic leadership, ideally within an NGO or nonprofit sector.
• Proven track record in business development, financial management, and fundraising.
• Strong strategic planning and performance management skills, with demonstrated success in KPI achievement.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities.
