  • Drive Innovation & Technology: Oversee the full lifecycle of new technologies-from idea to implementation-while building partnerships with industry leaders and academic institutions.
  • Manage Resources & Budgets: Allocate budgets, tools, and teams effectively to support innovation and improve operations, using data to measure impact and guide improvements.
  • Influence & Collaborate: Unite cross-functional teams, lead effective decision-making, and build strong relationships internally and externally to support business goals.
  • Develop People & Culture: Champion core values, coach team members, and drive talent development, succession planning, and a positive, high-performance culture.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain strategy, demand planning, or inventory management
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience, with proven success in strategic planning and team management
  • In-depth knowledge of inventory planning systems and processes
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and drive informed decision-making
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
