We follow stringent FDA and GCP regulations throughout all phases of the clinical trial process.Minerva is looking for a visionary Director of Human Resources to lead the overall HR function and strategy for the organization. This executive role is critical to cultivating a high-performance culture, shaping HR policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and steering organizational growth through effective human capital management. The Director of HR will serve as a strategic partner to the executive team and play a key role in workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational transformation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and lead the HR strategic plan in alignment with Minerva’s long-term business goals.Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team on all HR matters, including risk management, workforce strategy, and organizational design.Drive succession planning, leadership development, and talent pipeline initiatives.Ensure legal compliance with employment regulations and mitigate organizational risk.Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration across all departments.Lead organizational change initiatives, mergers/acquisitions (if applicable), and restructuring plans.Oversee total rewards strategy including compensation, benefits, and employee recognition.Mentor and lead the HR team, promoting professional growth and excellence in execution.Utilize workforce analytics and data insights to drive strategic decisions and improvements.Promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace in alignment with Minerva’s core values.Qualifications:Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.12+ years of senior HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a Director-level role, preferably in clinical research, pharma, or healthcare.Demonstrated experience in leading organizational HR strategy and transformation.Deep understanding of HR compliance, labor law, and international HR practices.Strong business acumen with the ability to link HR initiatives to business performance.Executive-level communication and leadership presence.SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or global HR certifications preferred.
