As Director of Growth Initiatives, you will report directly to our Chief Operating Officer. You’ll be responsible for helping drive growth and profitability of the Care Assessments line of business, as we begin to offer a suite of products to a variety of different customers, including insurance companies, employers, and sell directly to consumers. As Director of Growth Initiatives, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify target markets, update product offerings based on customer research and feedback, and evaluate effective distribution strategies. Additionally, this role must partner effectively with internal Operations teams to ensure operational readiness and scalability of new growth. The ideal candidate will have previously driven growth in the Aging Care industry, scaling a business with a significant increase in profitability and revenue.What you will be doing

  • Drive revenue growth and profitability of Care Assessments business line
  • Develop strategic path for growth of Care Assessments, based on market research
  • Identify target markets for potential growth
  • Evaluate market competitiveness of existing offerings, including suite of products and pricing
  • Develop partnerships for distribution or to expand product offerings
  • Collaborate with Operations team to understand existing capabilities, ensure operational readiness, and ability to scale new offerings
  • Develop scorecard to measure progress on key initiatives and presents periodic performance reports and metrics to the Executive Leadership Team
  • Developing relationships and strategies with institutional clients
  • Cultivating relationships & strategies with key constituents in Aging Care industry
  • Drive development of suite of product offerings

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years of proven experience in business growth, strategy and operations management, preferably in a senior leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

Caregiver and Mental Health Support ServicesFor candidates based in the New York City Metropolitan area, the base salary pay range for this role starts at a minimum rate of $190,400 up to the maximum of $250,000. An employee’s pay position within the base salary pay range will be based on several factors at the time of this job posting including but not limited to geographic location, experience, and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible to participate in an incentive plan. The incentive plan is based on performance and the target earning opportunity is 10% of your base compensation. The final determination on base pay for this position will be based on multiple factors to ensure pay equity within the organization.

Expected salary: $190400 – 250000 per year
