Job description: About Our Client:Our client is hiring for a hands-on Director of Finance & Accounting for a short-term engagement. The role will lead a team of ~20 across full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, inventory costing, and compliance functions.Key Focus Areas:

• Oversee monthly/quarterly close and IFRS reporting
• Manage GL, AP/AR, payroll, and inventory accounting
• Ensure audit readiness, internal controls, and SOX compliance
• Lead costing and inventory functions under IAS 2 / IAS 41
• Support ERP optimization (MS Dynamics 365) and finance process improvements

Ideal Profile:

• CPA with 10+ years in finance leadership roles
• Strong IFRS knowledge, public company and audit experience
• Background in manufacturing, CPG, or regulated environments
• Experience leading and mentoring finance teams
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth settings
