This position is responsible for working closely with the Senior Director and key business partners to help scale the Workplace Investigations Team to our Internationally Operated Markets (IOM). The position will develop and manage teams of investigators located in IOM markets, conduct high-complexity workplace conduct investigations, and help continue to progress and strengthen the investigations program. This role is part of the Global Labour and Employment Team and partners closely with other Legal Teams, HR Teams, and Operations teams.In this role, you will:
