Responsibilities:Position Summary:The HearingLife Director of Human Resources is a strategic HR leader responsible for shaping and executing enterprise-wide people strategies that support the growth and evolution of HearingLife. This role leads a team of HR professionals and partners with senior leadership to drive workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement across the company. The Director will ensure alignment between business goals and HR initiatives while maintaining a compliant, inclusive, and high-performance culture.Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a senior advisor and thought partner to the executive team on people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
  • Lead the development and execution of HR strategies that support company-wide initiatives, including workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to HR Generalists to ensure consistency in execution and compliance.
  • Design and refine scalable HR programs and policies that align with corporate goals and evolving workforce needs.
  • Champion employee engagement and retention strategies through targeted initiatives and data-driven approaches.
  • Oversee complex employee relations issues, organizational transitions, and compliance matters with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development to streamline HR operations and enhance employee experience.
  • Analyze workforce trends and HR analytics to guide executive decision-making and continuously improve HR effectiveness.
  • Lead and support organizational design efforts and transformation projects, including M&A integrations, structure realignments, and culture evolution.

Qualifications:Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field required; Master’s degree or advanced HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in HR leadership roles supporting corporate or multi-site environments.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing HR strategies in a dynamic, growth-oriented organization.
  • Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance, and contemporary HR practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, influencing, and communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire at all organizational levels.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors), ADP, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience managing HR in a multi-state organization.
  • Strong background in organizational development, talent management, and change leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling HR practices in a rapidly growing or transformational business environment.
