HR leaders are responsible for managing complex issues, and providing expert advice and solutions, with a focus on driving continuous improvement to HR service delivery.

The HR Divisions are made up of the Workforce Capability and Wellbeing and HR Support Divisions.

The Workforce Capability Division is responsible for workforce strategy, learning, diversity and enterprise-wide solutions that focus on building organisational capability. The Wellbeing and HR Support Division is responsible for providing services that focus on achieving organisational and employee wellbeing and providing operational HR support services.

Directors – HR Business Partner

are focused on building and maintaining relationships with client business leaders to support the development of their business priorities. They undertake workforce analysis and work with business leaders by brokering targeted, contemporary, professional people-based solutions, systems and services.

Directors – HR Strategy

drive the development and implementation of HR strategies, outcomes, policies and programs in line with legislative requirements to achieve business outcomes. They build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive teams to ensure high quality delivery and improvement of a range of HR strategies, programs or projects.

Directors – HR Support
/strong
support a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high quality delivery and improvement of a range of HR programs, policies and services for the agency including but not limited to; employment conditions, pay and allowances, recruitment, performance management, learning and development, rostering, and work health and safety. We are seeking enthusiastic and confident HR Directors with an obsession for excellent customer service to join our dynamic Branches: HR Support Workplace Relations Health and Safety Recruitment and Onboarding Learning and Development Workforce Strategy and PlanningWork EnvironmentDrivers licence may be required for some roles.For further information about these positions and eligibility requirements, please refer to the Job Pack attached below.
