Job description: Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting risk assessments on high net worth (HNW) products and HNW business within underwriting authority
• To oversee the management of high net worth (HNW) cases, ensuring a seamless end-to-end underwriting process.
• To engage in negotiations with reinsurers in order to secure the best possible offers that benefit customers during facultative underwriting.
• Maintain underwriting consistency in line with internal underwriting guidelines.
• To take on ad-hoc projects and liaise with different parties to streamline, enhance underwriting processes and guidelines.

Key requirements:

• University Degree in any disciplines
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in life insurance underwriting
• Experience in product development, business administration and client relationship management
• Good command of English and Chinese
