You create your future and ours.The Director, Global Market Access and Government Affairs at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies (TBCT) is a pivotal role overseeing government affairs and market access leaders across EMEA, North America, APAC, China, and LATAM. Reporting to the Vice President of Patient Access, this position is integral to the Patient Access Leadership Team, which comprises Medical Affairs, Government Affairs, and Market Access. The role ensures alignment with TBCT’s global objectives to enhance patient access to innovative therapies.This role provides a unique opportunity to:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSEducation:Advanced degree in Public Health, Health Economics, Public Policy, or a related field or equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in government affairs, market access, and public policy within the pharmaceutical, medical technology, or biotech industry. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Target Pay Range: $198,400.00 to $248,000.00 – Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
