Our comprehensive suites of services and product offerings position us to align with global data center industry standards.To accommodate our rapid business growth, we are now seeking a top talent to lead our Facility Management Department.Responsibilities:Lead and manage specialized teams with different functions, including but not limited to Mechanical (MVAC), Electrical, ELV, UPS and Fire Services across for providing FM services to customers.Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure maximum uptime of facility systems.Implement proactive maintenance strategies, provideing professional advice and solutions to customers, arrange A&A works, manage incidents, report progress to senior management.Prepare and manage annual departmental budget and P/L of the FM department, including supervising contract management, leading tendering, quotations and contract negotiations, and cost control (external & internal).Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related disciplines.Minimum 15 years in infrastructure management, including 8 years in critical facilities.In-depth knowledge in data center operations, including the management of mechanical, electrical, UPS, ELV and fire services.Knowledge of data centre standards, such as Uptime, BEAM and etc.Extensive facility management experience, familiar with project management tools and methodologies.Professional/Chartered Engineer certification will be an advantage.Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.Attractive remuneration package and fringe benefit will be offered to the right candidate.
