Job description: Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage project teams, setting objectives and ensuring timely delivery.Define data requirements and strategies for client projects.Own model evaluation, development, calibration, and deployment processes.Manage analytics and AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Design and develop scalable and robust analytical models.Identify novel client use cases for AI/ML and analytics, helping bring these to market.Work with clients to understand business challenges and deliver customized data-driven solutions.Foster a data-driven culture within the organization.Stay up to date with emerging AI and technology trends, attending industry events and forums.Requirements:Extensive consulting experience in data analytics and AI/ML.Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and client projects.Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.Proficiency in AI/ML model development, data analytics, and ETL processes.Ability to communicate complex technical insights in a business-friendly manner.Valid working visa is required.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in a Director or Senior Management role within a data consulting firm.Experience in corporate finance or financial data analytics is highly desirable.Exposure to cloud-based data solutions and big data technologies.
