Job description: About the Client
Our client is looking for a Director of Corporate Finance to join their team.About the Opportunity

• Prepare complete financial statements (entity-level and consolidated), and support audits and tax-ready financial reporting
• Maintain and improve intercompany, intra-company, and related party reconciliations across global operations
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, internal policies, and evolving accounting standards
• Lead and Oversee Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Corporate Accounting functions for multiple international entities
• Manage a large team of direct and indirect reports, including setting goals, coaching, and performance reviews
• Ensure accurate processing of AP transactions, vendor master data maintenance in Microsoft Dynamics 365, and compliance with authorization levels
• Oversee general accounting activities including payroll, accruals, capital assets, prepaid expenses, and lease accounting under IFRS and US GAAP
• Drive continuous process improvement and system optimization, with a strong focus on controls and reporting timelines
• Collaborate with legal, tax, and systems teams for new entity setups and structural changes
• CPA designation required with 8–10 years post-designation experience, including at least 4 years of people leadership in a global finance environment

About You

• CPA or equivalent designation is required
• Industry experience (manufacturing, Saas)
• Excellent technical ability in accounting (financial reporting, memo writing, revenue recognition)
• Supervisory Experience
• Experience with multi-currency & multi-entity environments
• Excellent communication and soft skills
• Polished and well communicative enough to make executive presentations
