Job description: As an Account Executive within our innovative digital solutions team, you will drive growth through expert knowledge in payment tokenisation technologies and related services. Your role will focus on developing and implementing effective sales strategies specifically tailored for issuing and acquiring markets. With a proven track record in strategic selling and a robust network in the Australian market, you will be pivotal in expanding our footprint and enhancing our offerings.Your responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in the payments industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Provide product training and support to clients and partners.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and provide regular status updates to the business.
  • Manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously and respond to RFPs.

About you

  • Expert knowledge in payment tokenisation technologies.
  • At least 5 – 7 years’ experience in a Business Development role within digital solutions, focusing on tokenisation services in issuing and acquiring domains.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience delivering solutions that address business needs and delivering innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to articulate complex solutions in a simple and impactful way.
  • Previous roles within International Card Schemes (ICS’) highly beneficial.
  • Experience in digital card issuing and acquiring areas.
  • Experience with large scale transformational programs.
  • Previous trusted advisor for a large company.
  • Experience working in an onshore-offshore model.
