Your Role: As a Digital Media Specialist, you will : Collaborate with account management and media buying team on clients media Strategy Create, present, and execute digital media marketing strategies, including setting up UTM tracking Review analytic data to identify opportunities and tactics Define proper targeting segmentation and strategy for campaigns Provide recommendations on budget allocation Assess potential traffic sources and new media opportunities Oversee and optimizing campaigns Monitor campaign performance and making appropriate adjustments Analyze results data to ensure all campaigns are achieving or surpassing client/agency performance goals Develop and maintain customized reporting based on each client’s marketing goals and KPIs, including any data/creative needed for co-op submission Stay up to date on advertising trends in display and video Build and maintain strong working relationships with external partners and agency colleagues What You Need: Non-negotiables Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required 1-2 years of experience in traditional/digital marketing required Experience working at an advertising agency managing retail clients and working in/with DSPs is a strong plus Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint .
