Your work will help make technical information more accessible and empower internal teams and customers with intuitive self-service tools, reducing reliance on help desk support. By implementing digital solutions, collaborating with subject matter experts, and integrating AI-powered tools, you will help ensure our knowledge base is accurate, dynamic, and easy to access.In this role, you will oversee knowledge-sharing initiatives like:

• developing a chatbot solution to help our field service quickly access technical information,
• identifying solutions for delivering instructional videos to customers,
• building in-house translation solutions to streamline the delivery of localized content.

Your ability to experiment with creative solutions, persistently drive solution implementation, collaborate effectively, and take ownership of the solutions are key to your success.Who We’re Looking ForWe seek a proactive and innovative individual with a background in information or knowledge management, applied data science, or a related field. Ideally, you will have 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management or digital solutions and bring an understanding of AI tools and chatbot development (no programming skills required). Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage.
