Over the years, Citi has been leading innovation in transaction banking space by developing best-in-class digital capabilities for our clients across both traditional and new age industry segments.Digital Banking Product Manager is a strategic role in the TTS Platforms & Data Services team. Citi has been investing heavily to build ultra intuitive, high availability, future ready digital platforms for its transaction banking clients. We are looking for a client-obsessed product manager to champion the strategic vision and execution of commercialization of the enhanced digital banking offerings for EMEA clusters.Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for newly revamped digital banking capabilities across EMEA clusters.
• Be the subject matter expert; Define and communicate the strategic roadmap and value proposition clearly with clients, sales teams and partners on an ongoing basis. Ensure organizational readiness and effective change management end-to-end.
• Acquire a deep understanding of client and market requirements for the clusters, including regulatory changes, market trends, evolving business models and competitor insights.
• Gather market and client feedback for enhancing proposition on an ongoing basis. Represent Voice of Clients for EMEA in new builds globally.
• Leverage data to identify the best solutions for the various client segments and drive adoption in a targeted way.
• Define metrics for tracking success and leverage data to drive adoption / identify areas of further improvement, innovating to deliver a stellar client experience.
• Collaborate with Sales in defining holistic solutions for clients, understanding the end to end business flow of a transaction from inception to settlement.
• Support all levels of client engagement from product perspective, include RFPs.
• Analyze and anticipate future regulatory requirements in EMEA based on developments in other regions as well as roadmap laid out by local regulators in the region.
• Collaborate with all Risk & Control functions and other stakeholders as needed in order to maintain a pristine risk and control environment.

What we’ll need from you:

• Extensive product management experience in digital banking platforms/ product management.
• Client obsession and desire to continuously improve client/developer experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to respond quickly and creatively to complex issues.
• Strong execution skills. Experience in successful implementation of large, customer experience projects while managing cross functional stakeholders.
