If you bring relevant experience, a strong customer focus, and enjoy collaborating with colleagues and clients, we’d love to hear from you.The physical work location is at Centerbakken 1, Vejle.In the role of SC Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:Preparation of regular daily, weekly, monthly reports and KPI PacksWork in line with the SOP to ensure service levels to the customer are upheld.Maintain and develop close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Daily communication with origin Control Towers to support operational queries and vendor compliance.Support other Supply Chain Coordinators on other accounts within the Nordic and Central/Eastern Europe region working in a truly international environment.Resolve issues, analysis and recurrence prevention.To be considered for this position, we are looking for someone who:Besides being customer oriented, proactive and solution driven we look forExcel – Able to manipulate data using pivots, vlookups and IF statements.Infor Nexus Experience or excellent ability to understand new systems quicklyFreight Forwarding Training (Speditør) Experience and knowledge of CW1 platform is desirableExcellent customer service skillsStrong organisational skills & excellent ability to prioritise workloadCan communicate professionally – verbally and written – in both Danish and English.In the role of OMS Support, your responsibilities will include:First point contact for all OMS invoicing issues and customer queriesRaising Customer specifications/invoices and required back-up documentationEnsure all supplier invoices are validated on receipt and processed correctly and on timeWork with Customer/Supplier to resolve any invoice queries in due timeBuild strong relationships with the Operational teams to support on queries and provide an effective customer serviceReview profitability and monitor invoicing completenessTo be considered for this position, we are looking for someone who:Besides being customer oriented, proactive and solution driven we look forExcel – Able to manipulate data using pivots, vlookups and IF statements.Excellent customer service skillsStrong organisational skills & excellent ability to prioritise workloadExperience in a Finance background is desirable, f.ex. “kontoruddannelse indenfor Regnskab”Experience of working with the CW1 platform would be an advantageCan communicate professionally – verbally and written – in both Danish and English.And from us, you can expect:A position in an organization with extensive development opportunities.Opportunities for continuous learning, increased responsibility, and sharing ideas.A collaborative and open work environment with supportive colleagues.Being part of THE logistics company for the world.Canteen, health insurance, internal courses, and more.Workplace: DHL Global Forwarding, Centerbakken 1, 7100 VejleWorking hours: The position is a full-time position (37 hours excl. lunch)The compensation package: The base salary is determined by your qualifications and competencies. The position is graded and sit within a predefined payband.
