Job description: We are looking for an experienced Design Manager specializing in RFP management, vendor sourcing, and consultant onboarding for our S360 operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding lead consultancy and specialist vendors while managing the end-to-end tendering process. This role requires strong expertise in procurement, design management, and contract procedures.Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

– Prepare prequalification documents and maintain a structured database of consultants, specialists, and vendors for seamless partnership opportunities
– Conduct vendor office visits to assess capabilities and onboard them as strategic partners based on pre-qualification assessments
– Manage the end-to-end tendering process, including RFP issuance, handling tender clarifications, conducting technical evaluations, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
– Standardize RFP documentation and framework agreements for S360 operations, aligning with procurement protocols
– Collaborate with the Procurement Department to streamline consultant onboarding processes for various project requirements
– Oversee data management and documentation for vendor sourcing, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company standards
– Support design management teams in residential and hospitality projects, ensuring a smooth transition post-onboardingRequired Skills and Experience– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field with a background in design management
– 5-8 years of relevant experience in lead consultancies or real estate firms handling vendor sourcing and contract management
– Strong expertise in procurement, tendering, and consultant onboarding processes
– Proficiency in data management, documentation, and contractual procedures
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
