Job description: Job IntroductionWe are looking for a Deputy Client Services Manager to join and lead a team of 15 Receptionists including Events and Switchboard. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a thriving workplace and ensure your team are satisfied in their job and work environment. You will act as a role model for all ambassadors by continuously exhibiting a high level of service and attention to detail in all tasks.Our client is one of the world’s largest international law firm’s, based in Canary Wharf.Contract Type: Full-time, PermanentHours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, with flexibility as needed)Ideal Start Date: April 2025Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to operational and service standards, and promote accountability from the whole team.
- Hands-on approach within daily operation and managing team’s performance.
- Lead and manage various projects for the clients.
- Encourage and promote team engagement.
- Build excellent rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Handle customer escalated complaints and resolve issues.
- Support additional training and coaching as needed to ensure everyone is performing their job efficiently.
- Be primary liaison for other in-house service providers.
- Deputise for the Client Services Manager in their absence.

- Have at least two years of leadership experience in a similar role.
- Be knowledgeable about HR and Recruitment procedures, and best practices.
