As one of the “Best Places to Work” in New Hampshire for 10+ years, BCCU is a community based credit union with a strong commitment to “people helping people”.The JobThis position is an entry level position responsible for the servicing of all consumer and business deposit products and services. The employee is also responsible for supporting the Operations Team and all other departments with other various operational and administrative tasks.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for completing the daily functions of the Deposit Services Department within the service level agreement timelines to include but not limited to:

• Deposit Service Account maintenance
• Member Person Record Maintenance
• Processing of Deposits, loan payments, and other transactions
• Document imaging to include the servicing and quality control of scanned documents and loan files
• Check 21 scanning
• Exception item processing
• Returned item processing
• Account research, verification of deposits, and related requests
• Continuously seeking process improvement
• Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual review of various reports.

• Processing of the mail, items for the courier and distribution of packages.
• Answering the doorbell, assisting vendors, and accepting deliveries.
• Be knowledgeable of all functions of the Deposit Services Team to act as a backup in the event of absence.
• Safeguarding customer privacy and confidentiality in all areas of the job. Ensuring physical security that includes dual controls, audits, and appropriate use of signing authority and overrides.
• Ensure that appropriate compliance training is completed within the time limit given. Must maintain working knowledge with all state and federal regulations that are applicable to job functions.
• All BCCU employees must understand and comply with all BSA Regulations.

Qualifications * Professional, well-developed interpersonal skills necessary for communicating information to BCCU staff, members, and vendors.

• Dependable, active team member that works well with others.
• Ability to cross-train on all team functions to ensure coverage in the event of an absence.
• Intermediate mathematical skill required (calculations and concepts involving decimals, percentages, fractions, etc.)
• Have a comfort with Microsoft office and learning new applications and technologies.
• Possess strong multi-tasking ability, excel in a fast-paced collaborative team environment, and effective in achieving resolutions.
