We invite you to become part of our team and to pursue a bright and exciting future.Personal Banking DivisionThe Personal Banking Division (PBD) is responsible for developing and managing the Hong Kong personal banking businesses of the Bank group, including deposits, account services, credit cards, consumer finance, mortgage loans, retail investment products, insurance products, branch distribution, channel & transaction management, marketing and retail risk & compliance.Responsibilities
- Review and streamline end-to-end process and work flow to improve service level and efficiency
- Ensure customer centric design of deposit products
- Act as the owner of deposit account to drive deposit account specified projects
- Deliver new initiatives to optimize account opening flow and to achieve business goals and KPIs which includes deposits growth and streamline processes for operational efficiencies
- Liaise with various product / business owners in revamping feature or workflow so as to enhance product/service competitiveness
- Facilitate successful implementation of new/revamp deposits product to meet customer needs and enhance the attractiveness;
- Coordinate and liaise with relevant departments for branch operations process refinement and streamlining;
- Keep abreast of market trend to ensure deposits products are competitive;
- Ensure standardized practice in disclosing products and services information, features, risks, to customers throughout and after the sales process
- Manage end-to-end process and workflow as well as deposits product maintenance including timely preparation, review and updates of account documents, related forms, procedure manual, terms and conditions and other materials for deposits products to comply with regulatory requirements and the bank’s internal policies.
- Ensure all procedures account process and deposits account maintenance are in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines, requirements prescribed by regulators as well as the Bank
- Support deposits product and services enquiries from internal business partners (e.g. address customer complaints and recommend enhancements to current processes to improve customer experience)
Requirements
- University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ of experience in the banking sector with good knowledge of retail banking products and services, customer experience or product management
- Preferably possess / obtain Core or Professional level of qualification under the HKMA Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF)
- Relevant HKIB qualification is an advantage
- Independent, self-motivated and excellent problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Relevant HKIB qualification is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua
