• This position plays a key role in the delivery of the consensus forecast via analysis, collaboration and influencing, which is a critical information in Sales & Operations planning process.
• He/She will interact regularly with cross-functional partners including brand, sales, marketing, finance and supply planning team to give full and timely visibility from downstream to upstream.
• He/She will be able to identify, quantify the risks and opportunities for better service level and lower total supply chain cost.
• The position would also need to drive continuous improvements on planning accuracy and efficiency.

Job Duties:

• Lead the demand planning process and host local DRM.
• Generate & improve 18 month rolling forecast with rationale.
• Collaborate with cross functional team for product phase in/out, promotions, and campaigns.
• Sign off the final consensus demand with local stakeholders.
• Risk and opportunity assessment to drive smooth supply chain.
• Closely monitor and finetune the forecast in timely manner.
• Continuous improvement to decrease E&O and increase service level.
• Ensure all DP master data well maintained in the system.
• Statistical forecast development with proper model.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably a degree in supply chain, science & engineering, or business related field.
• Good English in speaking/reading/writing.
• At least 5 years of experience in Demand Planning
• Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and demand planning process.
• Excellent analytics with logical mind.
• Strong influence skills and business acumen.
• Experience in SAP and planning system, IBP preferred.
• Advanced in MS apps as Excel, Power point, Power BI.
• Full ownership, confident, careful and agile.
