Job description: ConnectedGroup is partnering with a globally renowned FMCG client to find a Demand Planning Analyst to join their dynamic and supportive team.Reporting into the Assistant Supply Chain Manager , a typical day will include the following:Demand Planning

• Develop and manage the demand plan for Hong Kong.
• Align monthly forecasts and oversee the S&OP process with the commercial team.

Supply Chain Management

• Oversee all supply planning activities and manage replenishment plans.
• Serve as a liaison between SAO Planning and the Hong Kong Commercial team, addressing supply capacity issues.
• Conduct S&OE meetings to review sales, demand, and supply alignment.
• Update supply parameters quarterly and create a robust short- to mid-term inventory plan, minimizing SLOBs.
• Manage co-pack planning and related activities.

Process Improvement

• Support simplification of Supply Chain processes to improve cost, cash flow, and service.
• Engage in NPI/NPD processes and participate in supply chain projects using systems like SAP and JDA.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.

To succed in this role, you will have:

• 3+ years of demand/supply planning experience.
• Background in inventory management and optimization.
• Familiarity with various supply chain functions, including W&D and customer service.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Experience with IBP and senior leadership engagement; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Manugistics (JDA).
