About the roleTranslating market demand signals into execution plans, this newly created role will lead Manukora’s integrated Sales & Operations Planning process. With a focus on using advanced analytics and AI powered forecasting tools, you will build a modern, scalable planning infrastructure for ambitious growth. Working with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams you’ll oversee cross functional alignment to ensure forecast accuracy, compliance and enhanced operational success. You will lead the development and maintenance of demand plans across global markets, anticipating market trends and making data driven decisions supporting quality and efficiency.What a typical day could look like

• Building statistical forecasting models incorporating market trends, seasonality, promotional impacts and external data sources
• Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to integrate market intelligence
• Lead monthly S&OP process across all global markets using digital S&OP platforms
• Translate forecasts into production, inventory, and capacity requirements using AI-powered planning tools
• Coordinating with Production and Processing teams to ensure plan feasibility
• Establishing optimal inventory levels, safety stocks, and replenishment parameters across global distribution network

What you’ll bring to the tableSystems focused, you have a keen eye for optimising production sequencing and have a thorough understanding of multi-channel demand planning. Familiar with AI scheduling tools and machine learning algorithms, you will be a champion for emerging technology allowing you to plan strategically for both short and long term. An analytical approach coupled with a passion for statistical analysis allows you to plan with accuracy whilst balancing efficiency, quality and responsiveness. Possessing excellent stakeholder management skills, you thrive on building strong relationships and leading a team to perform their best.Additionally, you will have:

• Familiarity with inventory strategies aligned with service level targets and working capital
• Experience in using comprehensive S&OP dashboards
• Experience in consumer goods industry, preferably with premium products
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, S&OP or similar supply chain planning role
