We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead with a strong engineering foundation to drive delivery of credit and reporting solutions within our division. This role plays a critical part in aligning business goals with scalable, cloud-enabled technology solutions.Lead Delivery Execution

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives in the credit and reporting domain
• Manage and coordinate across cross-functional agile teams to ensure timely and quality outcomes
• Align delivery with product backlogs, sprint goals, and strategic objectives

Agile Leadership

• Champion Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices across teams
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery cadence, planning, and stakeholder collaboration
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and program increment (PI) coordination

Technology Partnership

• Partner with engineering, architecture, and product teams to translate requirements into executable plans
• Ensure cloud-first design principles and platform compliance (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Support end-to-end system integration, API orchestration, and data/reporting pipelines

Governance & Risk Management

• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and escalation paths
• Ensure adherence to technical and regulatory standards
• Track and report delivery KPIs to stakeholders and leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• 8-15 years of experience in technology delivery, ideally within financial services
• Strong background in software engineering, solution delivery, or technical program management
• Proven experience in Wealth Retail Banking, with exposure to Credit and Reporting systems
• Hands-on experience in Agile/SAFe delivery models across multi-squad or scaled environments
• Familiarity with cloud-native platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD processes
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with reporting frameworks, data services, or regulatory reporting in banking
• Exposure to Open Banking APIs or digital banking transformation initiatives
