Transaction Services sits within PwC’s Deal practice and works closely with our Corporate Finance team.We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Transaction Services team in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland. You will be responsible for working on financial due diligence projects with our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:This is a full-time, permanent role with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday.Performing financial analysis, including assessing historical / forecast earnings, working capital trends, and net debt / debt-like items (i.e. income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis)Working with management teams to determine the ‘story’ behind the business and the key financial trendsPreparing written financial due diligence reportsWorking in a team, sharing knowledge, and coaching other team membersNgā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experienceThis is an excellent opportunity to build on your existing experience which will ideally come from a globally known professional services firm.
