Responsibilities Provide valuable financial management and analysis. Ensure MTD, QTD, and YTD forecasting accuracy by means of close collaboration to CFM and Forecasting Team. Advise/assist on forecast management activities – coordination with input collection. Identify and communicate to CFM and Delivery Team opportunities to continuously improve training, methodologies, tools and skills. Prepare and participate in CFM, Client Team and delivery meetings and training sessions Provide ad-hoc and exception analysis to complement monthly financial reports. Help resolve issues and follow ups from Delivery Teams and coordinate any adjustments noted in the financial results. Ensure that information security practices and standards are observed. Other administrative and management skills. Others Project Shift Schedule: Rotation shift Project Rest Day: Rotation Off Project/Team Location: Quezon City, Cyberpark Tower 1 Qualifications SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance At least 3 years accounting or record to report experience with strong financial and accounting skills Proficient in MS Excel including functions, pivot, and simple macros With experience in Management Reporting With relevant Finance experience in budgeting/forecasting CPA is an advantage
