Job description: We are working on an excellent opportunity with a top international law firm in Oman who are looking for an Associate to join their Banking and Finance team.Our client has an exceptional global reputation, innovative approach, and commitment to delivering exceptional legal service. This role would suit someone who wants to work on high-profile, complex cases while progressing their career in a supportive, dynamic environment.The team advises on a wide range of capital markets transactions, including both conventional and Sharia-compliant offerings, and provides strategic guidance to clients across the GCC on bond issuances, Sukuk, liability management, and regulatory matters.The Ideal Candidate:

• March 2025 NQs – 3 PQE
• Common or Civil law qualified
• Strong academics
• Experience from a highly ranked law firm.
