We work across functions and borders to develop, maintain, and support Deloitte’s data infrastructure.As an integral part of our team, you will have high level of influence over how you approach your work and an active voice when we make decisions. You are encouraged and expected to lead an innovative and enthusiastic culture where we help each other to think and deliver in new and improved ways.The DataOps team is part of DK ITS, Deloitte’s internal IT department, and is based at our Danish headquarters in Copenhagen.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and service-minded DataOps Engineer to help develop and maintain our data infrastructure while also providing 3rd-level end-user support.Your responsibilities:As a DataOps Engineer, you possess a solid grasp of data engineering principles and can successfully implement them in operational settings. You must have the ability to work closely in a project group, but also thrive in working independently as a specialist on tasks. It is also important that you enjoy offering end-user support in a customer-centric approach, as our responsibility involves assisting colleagues and business users.In this role, you will make an impact by:

  • Developing and maintaining our data infrastructure
  • Building and supporting data integrations between systems
  • Providing 3rd level end-user support through our ServiceNow portal
  • Taking part in our daily operational shifts
  • Ensuring our data infrastructure is compliant and secure
  • Analyzing and debugging bugs and incidents

QualificationsWe imagine that you have demonstrated ability within data engineering. You are a great teammate with good social skills, and you are talented in both data engineering practice, and business orientation. You have a curious and innovative mind and comfortable with translating complex business challenges into data models.What you bring to the team

  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies within data engineering
  • Experience with relevant technologies and platforms: SQL databases & T-SQL, Azure Data Factory, DataBricks, SSIS.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Full professional proficiency in written and oral English
  • Residency and work permit in Denmark
