Ruby Rds., Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines Description: The Marketing Database Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality, governance, and effective use of our marketing automation data, specifically regarding campaign and lead life cycle operations and supporting Opportunity acceleration tactics. This role supports the Marketing Database Steward, focusing on data analysis activities and liaising between the technical database team, and the wider Global Marketing Operations. This individual will be a key contributor to the team’s data management efforts, ensuring data consistency and accessibility and supporting data-driven decision-making within our Marketing Automation applications, leveraging tools like Openprise and the Marketing Salesforce products. The Analyst also plays a key role in identifying system and data process enhancements, feeding these insights into a roadmap for the team. Responsibilities: Data Quality: Implement data quality checks, identify and resolve issues, and perform data cleansing, contributing to an enhancement roadmap. Data Governance: Support data governance policies and compliance, maintaining data dictionaries and metadata, and contributing to the enhancement roadmap. Business User Support: Support the Global Marketing Operations team with data-related requests, translating needs into technical requirements, and providing training. Gather user feedback for the enhancement roadmap. Data Analysis: Assist with data validation, reporting, and analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to the enhancement roadmap. Database Health: Monitor database health using tools like Openprise and our Salesforce tools, proactively identifying potential issues. Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, communicating effectively about data quality, governance, and usage. Data Optimization: Optimize data within Marketing Automation for efficient campaign execution, lead management, and reporting. Documentation: Maintain database-related documentation, identifying gaps and areas for improvement for the enhancement roadmap. Enhancement Roadmap: Identify and document opportunities for system and process enhancements, prioritizing them into a roadmap for the team. Requirements: Strong understanding of database management principles and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Experience working with data in a business context. Familiarity with data quality tools and techniques. Proficiency in Marketing Automation and database management tools and software. Desired Skills: Experience with Openprise, Tableau, and Salesforce platforms is desirable. Basic understanding of SQL (Structured Query Language) . Willingness to learn more advanced SQL. Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes. Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) Cultural awareness and ability to bridge communication between local and remote teams.
