• Databases installation, setup & upgrades/patching
• Design & configure DR solutions, backup routines, databases replications, system health checks and prepare documentations
• Database performance tuning
• Firefighting for database related issues
• Database recovery

Job Requirements

• MySQL/Oracle Database administration & recovery experiences is a must in Unix/Linux platforms.
• Experiences in following would be highly desirable:
• High volume low latency database
• Database architectures: master/master, master/slave, cluster, in-memory & caching
• 24/7 global highly transactional system
