Job description: Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain database systems (MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB) to ensure high availability, security, and performance. Monitor database performance and perform tuning to optimize queries, indexes, and overall system efficiency. Manage database backups, recovery plans, and disaster recovery processes. Troubleshoot database issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolution. Develop and enforce best practices for database management and security. Collaborate with development teams to optimize database interactions and support application deployments. Perform database upgrades, patching, and migrations with minimal downtime. Implement and manage replication, clustering, and high availability solutions across multiple database environments. Job requirements: Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3-5 years of experience as a Database Administrator. Strong expertise in database administration across MSSQL, MySQL, and Oracle. Knowledge of MongoDB and experience with NoSQL databases. Excellent troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization skills. Strong understanding of database security practices and compliance standards. Experience with cloud-based database solutions (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus. Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, SQL, etc.) for automation. Show more Show less
