Concord is part of a network of hospitals and healthcare services within Sydney Local Health District.The role of Office Administration & Quality Coordinator is to deliver high level customer service and administrative support to the Ambulatory Care Business Unit and the Outpatient Services Clinics in accordance with the NSW Health Outpatient Services Framework and the National Accreditation standards. This position will be responsible for Data Quality activities, ACBU clinic requests and eMR scheduling issues and discrepancies.The role supports the coordination of new clinic requests and amendments, ensuring eMR scheduling systems align with clinic operations and comply with NSW Ministry of Health Non-Admitted Patient Data Reporting requirements. This involves liaising with clinic supervisors, Heads of Department, ICT, and the CRGH Performance Unit to ensure appropriate approvals are in place, as well as preparing and submitting supporting documentation, including aliasing appointment types and HEROID locations.For more information, please view theIdeal Candidate

  • 07:30 -16:00, 08:00 -16:30, 08:30 – 17:00.
