Job description: 1. BackgroundThe Pulse Project is conducting an Android-based online land survey in all four tehsils of District Rahim Yar Khan. Accurate, verified, and clean data is critical for the success of this survey. To ensure data quality, a dedicated QA Coordinator will oversee verification, cleaning, and discrepancy resolution in the submitted forms.2. Objective of the AssignmentTo ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of survey data submitted via the Land and Revenue online application, minimizing errors and discrepancies before final submission to the central database.3. Scope of Work / ResponsibilitiesThe QA Coordinator will: * Review daily data submissions from enumerators on the online survey platform.

• Check for completeness, logical consistency, and accuracy of responses.
• Identify and flag discrepancies, missing data, or inconsistencies for correction.
• Communicate promptly with enumerators and field supervisors to resolve flagged issues.
• Maintain a daily log of identified errors and corrective actions taken.
• Apply data cleaning procedures in the survey database.
• Generate daily/weekly quality assurance reports for project management.
• Coordinate with the IT/data management team to ensure smooth functioning of the online system.
• Support training and guidance for enumerators to improve data collection practices.
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with ethical and organizational standards.

4. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience in data verification, data cleaning, or survey quality control.
• Familiarity with Android-based data collection platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and online database systems.
