  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all data sources.
  • Implement data governance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular data cleansing activities.
  • Conduct root cause analyses for data quality issues and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Identify and resolve data-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Provide support to business on data issues and queries.
  • Collaborate with the different NSE/global teams to reconcile data quality issues.
  • Follow up on raised tickets to resolve data inconsistencies.
  • Analyse, review complex data.
  • Collaborate with business teams to define data best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in data governance committees and working groups.

About you:

  • Ideally you will have a qualification in Data management, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in data management, quality assurance, data stewardship, or a related role.
  • Broad technology understanding of how data is captured, generated, stored, and used in systems.
  • Previous experience of being able to manage and influence change to drive continuous improvement within a data-driven role.
  • Superior analytical skills to diagnose problems, resolve issues and develop practical solutions.
  • You should be comfortable analyzing and interpreting multiple data sets, doing gap analyses, documenting findings, and providing recommendations.
  • Understanding of industry standard data governance framework/standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
