Job description: EducationQualificationsDuties and ResponsibilitiesRole Definition: Enable data owners and stewards to implement the Data Quality Framework, i.e., by means of the DQ Star Rating System, and to establish Master Data Management by performing the indicated job responsibilities.Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the relevant teams to align and/or improve data collection and keeping abreast of best practices and standards.
• Facilitate the resolution of data problems by performing statistical tests on large datasets to determine data quality and integrity.
• Implementing controls to effectively manage data quality and integrity internal to the GDF.
• Recommending new data quality processes for transactional data and enforcing data quality operations to move upstream.
• Utilizing the proper tools to analyze and discover the data according to the defined business rules and procedures. • Define the Data Quality Rules with the Data Owners and Stewards to check the data against definitions and business expectations.
• Designing and developing automated data quality jobs and audit plans.
• Ensures compliance to established data quality procedures by empowering the business to surface data problems, make recommendations, and provide support on data improvement initiatives.
• Subject matter expertise on master data management processes; works with data owners and stewards in implementing, and enhancing their master data.
• Campaigns for process improvement initiatives, e.g., automation, harmonization and simplification, and leads implementation, as applicable.
