The Data Quality Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data within CtM. The successful candidate will leverage strong technical skills, particularly in SQL, to conduct in-depth data analysis and implement robust data quality measures. This role will focus on enhancing data quality through technical assessments and reporting, while also maintaining an understanding of data governance principles.Everyone is welcome.

- Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct comprehensive data analysis using SQL for key projects, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.
- Data Quality Assessment: Monitor data quality metrics and processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Utilise data profiling techniques to identify anomalies and areas for improvement.
- Root cause analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analysis on data quality issues, leveraging both technical skills and intuitive problem-solving to identify underlying causes. Collaborate closely with data owners to understand data flows and nuances, recommend corrective actions, and implement preventative measures to maintain data integrity across systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with various teams to identify data quality issues and recommend technical solutions. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment with business goals.
- Project Coordination: Act as a subject matter expert on data quality initiatives, contributing to projects that enhance data integrity and quality assurance within tight deadlines.
- Best Practices and Recommendations: Advocate for data quality best practices, providing recommendations to optimize data handling and improve overall data processes.
What we’d like to see from you:
- Proficient in SQL with hands-on experience in data analysis and quality management tools.
- Solid understanding of data quality frameworks and best practices, alongside basic knowledge of data governance principles.
- Exceptional analytical skills, demonstrated through previous experience in delivering insights from data analysis.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and creativity in solving data-related challenges.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Eager to learn and focus on continuous improvement in data quality practices.
