Job description: The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data management principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of our organization’s data. The Data Quality Lead will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity, identifying and rectifying data inconsistencies, and implementing processes to enhance data quality across the organization. Requirements & Responsibilities: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Proven experience 5 years in data management, data quality assurance, or a similar role. At least 3 years experience in insurance domain. Strong understanding of data quality concepts, data profiling, and data cleansing techniques. Proficiency in data analysis tools and SQL for querying and manipulating data. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of data governance frameworks and practices is a plus. Experience with data quality tools or software is an advantage. Employment type: 12 months contract/renewal/absorb.
