Job description: China Unicom (Hong Kong) Operations Ltd is a member of China Unicom that provides telecommunication services in Hong Kong. To cope with our development, we would like to invite high caliber candidates to apply for the following position:Description:1. Based on the network line project data, establish data analysis model and thematic report, provide quantitative prediction results for business and marketing indicators, and provide digital basis for network line planning and business decision-making.2. Responsible for quarterly control of inter-pop costs, briefing and statistics on a regular basis;3. Responsible for the decomposition management of inter-pop cost and communicate with other regions on a regular basis;4. Responsible for the system entry of inter-pop cost;5. Responsible for developing and optimizing cost management system and corresponding rules;6. Responsible for the cost management process, and open up the cost management channel with the Region;7. Responsible for undertaking planning, budgeting for inter-pop line costs, forming budget control ideas and specific plans, docking with the Finance Department and Performance Management Office, and forming synergy with the Cloud Network Center;8. Manage contract renewal plan, form contract management ledger, complete contract renewal on time, and collaborate with procurement center to form cost reduction;9. Form optimization strategies for circuits, form optimization plans for stock and small bandwidth circuits, integrate or retire them, and form cost reduction;10. Form a payment ledger to complete supplier payments on time, form communication mechanisms with the region, complete the settlement of payments on time to protect the cash flow level of the regionRequirement:1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in telecommunication and IT related majors ;2. 3+ years of information technology work experience;3. Strong sense of responsibility, skilled in the use of OFFICE software and various management platforms, clear logic, rigorous thinking, honesty and integrity, good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit;4. Proficiency in a variety of development languages and digital analysis tools, database, data mining, digital platform and other work experience is preferred.5. Overseas working experiences are preferred.
