Job description: As a Manager or Director in the Supply Chain Transformation & Analytics team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact supply chain strategies and data-driven solutions for clients across sectors such as Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Metal & mining, and Energy. You will partner with client leadership to optimize planning, logistics, sourcing, inventory, and fulfillment using digital technologies, analytics, and AI.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFor both levelsLead and deliver end-to-end supply chain transformation projects, from diagnostic through implementation.Design data-driven solutions and advanced analytics use cases (e.g. demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supply planning).Identify improvement opportunities through process analysis, benchmarking, and performance modeling.Develop business cases and roadmaps for transformation based on tangible ROI and operational KPIs.Leverage tools and platforms such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, and advanced analytics platforms.Facilitate design-thinking workshops and agile delivery approaches with cross-functional client teams.Work across global teams to co-develop industry playbooks, thought leadership, and go-to-market assets.Director-specific:Build and expand relationships with C-level stakeholders, serving as a trusted transformation advisor.Drive business development, including proposal creation, deal shaping, and pipeline management.Lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams, ensuring high quality, client satisfaction, and sustainable outcomes.Act as a thought leader in supply chain innovation, digital trends, and emerging technologies.Coach and mentor managers and consultants to strengthen team capability and career development.YOUR PROFILEEducation & ExperienceDirector: 10+ years of experience with client-facing leadership in consulting or industry with supply chain focus.Manager: 5+ years of experience in supply chain strategy, consulting, or transformation roles.Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or Operations Research.Prior experience in consulting or large-scale industrial transformation is highly preferred.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, from shop floor to boardroom.Passion for innovation, problem solving, and delivering measurable business impact.Technical & Industry ExpertiseDeep expertise in at least two supply chain-specific areas: demand planning, S&OP, logistics optimization, sourcing, inventory management.Knowledge of relevant technologies and tools (e.g., ERP, advanced planning systems, analytics/BI platforms).Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable financial and operational improvements.Languages & Mobility

• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in or strong interest in the Middle East industrial market.
